We accept returns for full refund on products if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. You must notify us before attempting a return in order to get authorization and the proper return address. Products must be in their original unused condition and sent back with the original packaging. If an item arrives and is damaged, please contact us immediately so we can work with you to replace the item. No claims can be made after 72 hours of package arrival. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged upon arrival.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
When returning a product back to us, please make sure to choose a reliable shipping carrier that offers tracking and delivery confirmation.
